Go Green When You're Sick and Injured: Breathy Bags and Nice Packs

By popular demand, I've made Breathy Bags, a wonderful comfort item I devised for my son, available at Crochet Funtime.
Filled with either flaxseed or rice and just a bit of organic menthol crystals, these Breathy Bags are a wonderful no-mess, no-goo, all natural alternative to mentholated balms.
Children should be supervised while using the Breathy Bags.
Menthol crystals have a three year shelf life, so the bags should be effective for that length of time and perhaps beyond.
